Operation
1. Working principle of horizontal vibrating centrifuge
The material enters the bottom of the screen blue through the
enamel feeding pipe and the screen seat. The material in the screen
blue is close to the screen surface under the action of centrifugal
force. Under the action of the vibration force, the material layer
moves to the big end of the screen blue evenly. The material is
thrown out from around the screen and falls into the discharge port
at the lower part of the casing. Drain down. The moisture in the
material, under the action of centrifugal force, passes through the
material layer and the sieve gap, and is thrown around the casing,
and flows along the casing wall to the drain outlet for discharge.

Note: The external moisture of the product is related to the
properties, particle size composition and processing capacity of
the material, but mainly depends on the coal slime content of the
feed. The particle size content of -0.5mm in the feed is <10%,
and the external moisture of the product is generally 5~9%.
3. Main features of horizontal vibrating centrifuge
(1) The processing capacity is large and the dehydration effect is
good.
(2) The degree of product breakage is small, the screen blue is not
easy to wear, and the service life is long.
(3) The TWZ system is an inertial over-resonance vibration system
with stable and reliable amplitude and frequency.
